TV safeguard သည္ လိုင္းမီးအား (Input Voltage) 120 V ထက္ နိမ့္ဆင္းသြားလွ်င္ (သို႕) 248 V ထက္ ျမင့္တက္သြားလ်ွင္ Output Voltage ကို ျဖတ္ေတာက္ေပးျပီး က်န္ safeguard မ်ားမွာ လိုင္းမီးအား (Input Voltage) 165 V ထက္ နိမ့္ဆင္းသြားလွ်င္ (သို႕) 248 V ထက္ ျမင့္တက္သြားလ်ွင္ Output Voltage ကို ျဖတ္ေတာက္ေပးမည္ျဖစ္သည္။
Auto quick start delay (smart timer delay) ဆိုသည္မွာ - 
ေရခဲေသတၱာ (သို႕) Air-Con compressor မ်ားသည္ မီးျပတ္သြားလွ်င္ (သို႕) အဝင္မီးအား နည္းလြန္း/မ်ားလြန္းျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ျဖတ္ေတာက္ျခင္းခံရလွ်င္ compressor အတြင္းရွိ gas ဓာတ္ေငြ႕မ်ား လႈပ္ရွားမႈ တည္ျငိမ္ေစရန္ ေရခဲေသတၱာ (သို႕) Air-Con ကို ျပန္မဖြင့္ခင္ ၅ မိနစ္ခန္႕ ေစာင့္ဆိုင္းဖို႕လိုအပ္ပါသည္။ သို႕မွသာ ေရခဲေသတၱာ (သို႕) Air-Con ကို သက္တမ္းၾကာရွည္စြာ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္မည္ျဖစ္သည္။ Innova အမွတ္တံဆိပ္ ေရခဲေသတၱာ (သို႕) Air-Con safeguard မ်ားတြင္ “Auto Quick Start Delay” function ပါဝင္၍ မီးျပတ္ျပီး ခ်က္ခ်င္း ျပန္လာလွ်င္ ၅ မိနစ္ ေစာင့္ဆိုင္းျပီးမွ ေရခဲေသတၱာ (သို႕) Air-Con ကို ျပန္ဖြင့္ေပးမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ အကယ္၍ မီးအားျပတ္ေတာက္သည္႕ၾကာခိ်န္သည္ ၅ မိနစ္ထက္ ေက်ာ္လြန္ေနျပီ ဆိုပါက မီးျပန္လာလွ်င္ ၅ မိနစ္ ထပ္ေစာင့္စရာမလိုဘဲ ၅ စကၠန္႕ သာ ေစာင့္ဆိုင္းျပီး ေရခဲေသတၱာ (သို႕) Air-Con ကို ျပန္ဖြင့္ေပးမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္ဆိုေသာ္ မီးျပတ္ခ်ိန္ (သို႕) အဝင္မီးအား နည္းလြန္း/ မ်ားလြန္းျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ျဖတ္ေတာက္ျခင္း ခံရခ်ိန္သည္ ၅ မိနစ္ထက္ ေက်ာ္လြန္ေနမည္ဆိုပါက ေရခဲေသတၱာ (သို႕) Air-Con compressor အတြင္းရွိ gas မ်ား တည္ျငိမ္ျပီးျဖစ္သျဖင့္ ေနာက္ထပ္ ၅ မိနစ္ကို မလိုအပ္ဘဲ မေစာင့္ဆိုင္းေစျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။ အကယ္၍ မီးအားျပတ္ေတာက္ခ်ိန္ ၄ မိနစ္အၾကာတြင္ မီးျပန္လာမည္ ဆိုပါက ေနာက္ထပ္ ၁ မိနစ္သာ ေစာင့္ဆိုင္းေစမည္ ျဖစ္သည္။ ထိုသို႕ လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္းျဖင့္ ေရခဲေသတၱာ (သို႕) Air-Con အသံုးျပဳရာအခန္း အတြင္းရွိ အေအးဓာတ္မ်ားကို မဆံုးရွံဳးေစရန္ ကာကြယ္ေပးပါသည္။ Innova အမွတ္တံဆိပ္ ေရခဲေသတၱာ (သို႕) Air-Con safeguard မ်ားတြင္ microcontroller controlled smart timer delay (ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ ပရိုဂရမ္ျဖင့္ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ေသာ Auto Quick Start Delay) ပါဝင္ျခင္းသည္ အျခား အမွတ္တံဆိပ္မ်ားထက္ အားသာေသာအခ်က္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
အသံုးျပဳပံု
- မီးအားအဝင္လိုင္း -> safeguard -> လွ်ပ္စစ္ပစၥည္းမ်ား အစီအစဥ္အတိုင္း ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ရပါမည္။
- ျပီးလ်ွင္ Power Switch ကို ON ႏွိပ္လိုက္ပါ။ 
- လိုအပ္ေသာၾကာခ်ိန္ Delay time ကို microcontroller က တြက္ခ်က္ျပီး ေစာင့္ဆိုင္းေနစဥ္ LED မီးဝါလင္းေနမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ 
- Delay time ျပည္႕သြားလွ်င္ Operate LED မီးစိမ္း လင္းလာမည္။
- ထိုအခ်ိန္တြင္ လူၾကီးမင္းတို႕၏ လွ်ပ္စစ္ပစၥည္းမ်ား ကို အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္မည္ျဖစ္သည္။
- ပံုမွန္အသံုးျပဳေနစဥ္ မီးအား နည္းလြန္းျခင္း (သို႕) မ်ားလြန္းျခင္း ျဖစ္လွ်င္ Over/Under Trip LED မီးနီ လင္းလာကာ Output Voltage ကို ျဖတ္ခ်ေပးမည္ျဖစ္သည္။
- မီးျပတ္သြား၍ ျဖစ္ေစ၊ မီးအား နည္းလြန္းျခင္း (သို႕) မ်ားလြန္းျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ေစ မီးအားျပတ္ေတာက္သြားျပီးေနာက္ မီးအား ပံုမွန္ျပန္ဝင္လာပါက လိုအပ္ေသာၾကာခ်ိန္ Delay time ကို microcontroller က ျပန္လည္တြက္ခ်က္ျပီး ေစာင့္ဆိုင္းေပးမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ ထို႕ေနာက္ ပံုမွန္ Operate ျပန္လုပ္မည္ ျဖစ္သည္။

Innova brand Safeguards protect your Electronics Devices from damage because of over voltage and under voltage. Below are various kind of safeguards that Innova produces:
(1) TV Safeguard (5-sec delay, 5A)
(2) Washing Machine Safeguard (5-sec delay, 5A)
(3) Refrigerator Safeguard (5-min/5-sec Auto quick start delay, 5A)
(4) Multi-functional Safeguard (5-min Auto quick start or 5-sec delay selectable, 5A)
(5) Air-Con Safeguard (15A) (5-min/5-sec Auto quick start delay, 15A)

TV safeguard will cut off the output voltage when the input voltage is over 248V or under 120V and other safeguards cut off the output voltage when the input voltage is over 248V or under 165V.
Refrigerator & Air Conditioner compressors need to wait about 5 minutes before power on again after power cut off, intended the gas inside the compressor to be stabilized. Only then, the life span of the compressor can be long. Innova brand Refrigerator & Air Conditioner Safeguards include “Auto Quick Start Delay” (Smart delay timer) function. How it works is:
- If the electricity is suddenly alive after cut off (because of black out or brown out), the smart timer will wait for 5 minutes to stabilize the gas inside the compressor. 
- If the electricity becomes alive after more than 5 min of cutting off, the smart timer will wait for only 5 seconds and the output power will be ON. It is because, when the cut off time is more than 5 minutes, the gas inside the compressor is already stabilized. So, no need to wait for another 5 minutes.
- If the electricity becomes alive after 4 min of cutting off, the smart timer will wait for only 1 minute and the output power will be ON.
By this way, the Refrigerator or Air Conditioner does not need to wait for long time unnecessarily and that save the cool environment inside your refrigerator or inside your room.
Innova brand Refrigerator & Air Conditioner safeguards has this “Auto Quick Start Delay” function which is microcontroller controlled smart delay timer and hence it makes outstanding advantage compared to other brands.
Usage:
- Safeguard need to be connected in the order of: Line power -> Safeguard -> Electronics Devices
- Then turn ON the power switch. 
- Microcontroller will calculate the necessary delay time and wait. During this state, the yellow LED (labeled as “Auto quick start delay”) will be ON.
- After that, green LED (labeled as “Operate”) will be ON and the power to electronics device is activated.
- During normal operating state, when the line power is over or under a specific voltage, the “Over/Under Cut Off” red LED will be ON and the output power to electronics device will be cut off to protect it from damage.
- After black out or brown out and if the line voltage is in normal range again, the microcontroller will calculate the necessary delay time and wait. Then operate again.
